What motivates you to work in your industry?

Every brand or person has a unique story to tell. There are parallels brand to brand and person to person but there is always something unique to each one. Finding that unique aspect to each story is the challenge that motivates me. Sometimes is clear as day and a lot of times it requires digging to find the story arch. And that process keeps me intrigued because it's NEVER the same thing twice. Keeps things fresh and the challenge with every story I tell keeps me curious. Once I no longer have that curiosity is when I know it's time to leave the industry (hint: if you know me, you know it won't ever go away).
