SHOP LOCAL FOR A CAUSE
Shop local fashion brands and support two local non-profits
Tempe, Arizona, August 12, 2021 – On August 28th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, fashionistas can support local businesses, benefit two non-profits, and shop for unique, locally-made fashion and accessories at the FABRIC Fest pop-up marketplace. FABRIC Fest is a fun, immersive shopping experience that takes place inside of the non-profit Tempe fashion incubator, FABRIC located at 132 E. Sixth Street, Tempe, AZ 85251. RSVP for this free event online at https://fabricfest2021.eventbrite.com.
Vendors at FABRIC Fest are local businesses that make niche products including Tucson’s Laura Tanzer, Heights Apparel, Leetie Lovendale, Adea, Liv Tall, and more. In addition to these brands, shoppers will also get the opportunity to support two non-profit organizations. Friends of Phoenix Public Art and FABRIC Tempe are fundraising together through fashion by offering locally made athletic and loungewear. All sales of these products will be split between the two non-profit organizations.
“The pandemic has been a challenge for everyone. What better way to boost your mood than with a little retail therapy,” said Oscar De las salas, FPPA board member and local fashion personality. “Get yourself a chic new outfit, support local fashion brands, and benefit two non-profits by purchasing unique clothing and accessories at our upcoming FABRIC Fest!”
