In this series, you’ll learn how to take your sewn product idea through the entire development and manufacturing process. Learn about tech packs, flats, specs, costing, sample making, patterns, seam types, sourcing, grading, marking, production cutting, production sewing, labeling, licenses, production management, QC, timeline, sustainability, and advanced technology in apparel manufacturing.

FASHION DESIGN FUNDAMENTALS CERTIFICATE
A FASHION DESIGN BOOTCAMP FOR APPAREL ENTREPRENEURS
This crash course is an introduction to the essential skills in fashion design including trend forecasting, price zones, sizing, terminology, understanding garment construction, foundational textile info, print design, fashion illustration, flats, specs, 3D design, intro to sewing, creating a cohesive collection, intro to manufacturing. Ideal for anyone contemplating going to fashion school or starting their own fashion brand without a prior fashion degree or experience. More details
