IMPORTANT Parking & Entrance Info
Pull into NOVO Broadway Apartments Office area off of Broadway (not Roosevelt). Park in the spaces immediately on the right facing the radial art mural. Do not park in the Future Tenant Spaces on the left.
DO NOT GO INSIDE THE APARTMENT OFFICE DOORS.
Walk toward the front office. Turn left before the office and follow the sidewalk toward Broadway Road. We have a separate entrance on the North side of the building facing Broadway Road right next to a sculpture of a child playing with holographic art.

*FABRIC also may close for the week between Christmas and New Year and the week over the 4th of July so our staff can enjoy a longer break
